Step-by-step to add the section title

1. In the Ghost admin page, go to Pages > click on New page.

2. Enter the title of the page. This title will be the section title on the Homepage.

3. Add #section-featured-posts (with # symbol) to the Tags field.

4. Add Excerpt show the sub title of heading.

5. Add Description to show the description.

6. Publish.
